Unit 6: Probability |
Length: One week
|
Learning Goals:
1. I can recognize probability in the media.
2. I can set up and perform a Probability Experiment.
3. I can record and analyse the results of a Probability Experiment using a Frequency Table and Graph.
4. I can calculate the Experimental Probability of an event.
5. I can calculate the Theoretical Probability of an event using a variety of methods including a tree diagram and sum chart.
6. I understand the difference between experimental and theoretical probability. The more trials I do the closer they will be.
